The tram station/bus stop are all a good 7-10 min walk away. This is just an apartment, breakfast is not served in the premises. You have to walk to a cafe in the next street for it - that also only coffee & croissant (not "sumptuous" as claimed in the info). The room size was ok but the bed was creaky, no dresser/mirror in the room, only inside the cupboard. The towel rods kept falling. . No shelf in the room/bathroom to keep toileteries. Also considering it was a apartment, no washing machine, iron etc available. A beautiful interior (specially for those who like modern designs), quite good location (subway just around 2 corners), nice stuff (able to comunicate in English). The room I stayed was very small. I could not move easily. It was a singe room but it had two single bed in it. I think it would be more comfortable if you put only one bed in it.
